Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and a prepaid return label. We cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.

Items should be returned in their received condition with included components. Rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect items are not limited by this policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly take 5–10 business days to post a completed refund. You may request order cancellation before shipment; once shipped, the return process applies.
